Where's a good place to build a web page? I just need something where I can build a simple buisness page for marketing purposes. I don't really need anything super fancy, just text and graphics. Maybe a links index to the left side of the page.

Any suggestions?

Well, Freewebs is by far the best web-page building thing I've seen. I know you don't need anything fancy but they let you put all sorts of forms, guestbooks, blogs, templates etc on there for free.

How does Blue Voda look? It's a free download, granted it could probably give my computer virtual AIDS and gonnorhea all rolled into one, and the chick in the video looks like she could be selling porn or viagara or hookers, but I think I'll take my chances. My comp is piece of crap anyway.

I am very happy to have the privelidge of owning a computer, even if it sucks by today's standards.

I went with BlueVoda, and it's a pretty good program. Not like Microsoft Excel, where there are entire TV programs devoted to understanding how to use it. The only complaint I have is that dealing with some of the minor details with banners.

If you really want to make a website, pay for hosting and make everything using Dreamweaver, Flash and Photoshop.

Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Flash (full versions) are three of the most expensive mainstream software programs around. If you want to buy them for me, feel free. But I'm not going to spend that much money.
