There's a big difference between owning a 12 guage and an AK-47.

I think an AK-47 would be fun to shoot. Just because you own one doesn't mean your some demented loser planning on re-enacting columbine

Just because I don't own one, it doesn't mean I shouldn't trust a 16 year old kid who does?

My friend and his brothers whos dad bought them an ak-47 to go shooting with them, that doesnt mean they are like gonna go on a rampage, a gun is a gun. each as deadly as the rest.

I know someone with a Tommy gun, two 12-gauges, a colt .44, an Ar-15, and an Ak-47. He's completely responsible. What is so wrong with owning a gun, and why is that irresponsible parenting? It's irresponsible for your parents to let you go around shooting it as you please, but if it's contained, there's no reason to be worried.

I find paintball much funner, so if I was given a choice of rather to get a paintball one or an airsoft one, I would go for the paintball one

I'd prefer airsoft over the paintball one because an airsoft one looks more realistic and most likely costs less than that one.

But playing paintball is funner to me. I find it boring standing 10 feet from someone and shooting at them with a plastic BB.

So you'd prefer being a pansy and shooting them enlessly with hopper upon hopper of paintballs, only to hit nothing? Sounds fun. (Strategy?)

You're over exaggerating how Paintball guns have more FPS than an airsoft gun. I just enjoy playing airsoft more because of how much more realistic it is.

an airsoft gun is like a pop-gun with no strings (powered by a spring), and little 6mm plastic balls. most of them don't really hurt if you get shot with one. but mine does :)

paintball guns are gas-powered guns that work with pressure, and can fire 1cm in diameter balls filled with paint that explode on impact. they hurt a lot more.

Airsoft are those cheap spring powered BB guns, paintball guns are Co2 (and you can buy nitrous for it also) powered and shoot balls of plastic filled with soapy water with dye in it. The paintball explodes on impact and goes much farther than the spring powered airsoft guns.
Paintball is much funner if you have the money for it
