I'd have to say Golden Eye. It was a great multiplayer game.

Super mario 64 was one of the first games I've ever played......and liked.

this is a tough one....
i'm going to have to give #1 to Goldeneye because of how it revolutionized the FPS

close behind are Mario Kart 64, Ocarina of Time, and Super Mario 64
actually, almost every Mario game was awesome for the 64 (golf, tennis, etc.)
definitely a great lineup of games

Jet force gemini(could never beat that boss of this game)
