Default Need...sleep (URGENT)

I am an Insomniac, as some of you who live halfway across the globe for whom it is like, 8:00 may have noticed. I need sleep tonight, well, no more than any other night, but I realy wanna sleep tonight, for the people who are on...got any tips? Please?

i did some searching, and then I remembered that reading about lucid dreaming and doing lucid dreaming techniques often helps me to get to sleep, and I have lucid dreams, so Im killing 2 birds with one stone. If you are interested in the material it is here. http://brain.web-us.com/lucid/luciddreamingFAQ.htm Some of the techniques are kind of stupid (like the making yourself realy hungry) but alot of them actually work! (like reality checks and stuff) See you in my dreams!

does chloraform have any side effects, because it would make a great tazer

No...don't believe "professionals" who diss chloroform, the only side effect is that after you use it--you need to get more!



P.S. Chloroform is much better than Ether and with less harmful effects.

WOOT! I got a good nights sleep for the first time in like 12 days! (If you don't consider the fact that I didn't actually get to sleep till like 3:30 AM)

reading about lucid dreaming helps me sleep for some reason
