Question Need some flash 8 advice...

Ok, i got Flash 8 pro and i am having fun learning to use it but online tutorials are not rilli cutting it for me. I need a book. However, when i went to amazon and typed in "flash 8" i got like 9333234 different books. I can't decide which would be best. Did anyone ever buy a flash book they would recommend?

No, that's not the problem. You guys don't understand, i'm not trying to RUSH learning flash, i want a big resource where i can learn all the features by reading. I'd read maybe a chapter a week and practice w/ flash so i can utilize flash's potential. I think if i just experiment, i'll never understand all of the things i can do with flash.

good idea. Do you mean a book that will explain different action script codes and what they mean/do?

Smile

Go through my tutorial ^^

Its linked bellow if you click on the button.
As for me I learned it by myself and online tutorials.

But I guess if you could get a book it shouldn't be a bad idea.

Good luck.

I've got a flash mx 2004 actionscript book and it's big and it doesn't cover everything it just covers the basics but I find it useful and the thing is it covers flash 8 fine as far as I know. I got it before 8 came out. It gives you lessons to follow and such.
