Anyone else played this and liked it?

Make it a real time strategy. They're more fun because you have to keep on your toes and manage things live, rather than in tedious turns.

LOL I hate rts's, I'd never make one. That's the sort of decision you need to make at the beginning of the development cycle, anyway.

this is sortof like Tactics Arena Online Except tactics roxx and that sucks.

They have nothing to sue about. We're another game in the same genre. That'd be like blizzard running around suing every RTS that came out simply because they have the most popular one.

As for other criticism, please keep it constructive (i.e. don't just say "it's good" or "it sucks").
