Unhappy My god....

Ok I woke up this morning, (4 August) and had come up with all this stuff under this text

-Back Ache: It was cured about a couple of hours ago, so I had trouble walking.
-Thin Throat: This was the worst part, it hurt when I sneezed, coughed and even talked, and the bloody Strepsils only work in 2 days, so much for "fast acting medicine" now.
-Felt real sleepy: That was probably that I slept in a bad angle.
-Had lost my balance: Even walking on 2 feet was harder than before.
-Couldn't invite any friends over "because I'm sick"

And I'm probably going to go to bed soon and it's only 5:17 p.m (in the night, I live in New Zealand, [not Zimbabwe] even though my flag is the Zimbabwean flag)

Anyone woke up with bad conditions like that or similiar/worse/not as bad.

Well the worst I've felt recently was a lower back ache and soreness on my quads after playing airsoft for a whole day. I had to run like crazy so my legs ended up hurting for a couple of days, but I didn't complain about it because it was nothing too bad because eventually it would go away.

I once had those symptoms, they progressed,
into more headaches, coughing up "yellow",
and extreme loss of equilibrium.
It turned out to be pneumonia.
Call a nurse's hotline, or something, man.

I've never had any severe physical medical condition. Unless insomnia would be considered physical, pretty sure it's mental though.

Edit: Although, I've never woken up with insomnia...wouldn't that be ironic.

I find it harder to fall asleep than to wake up... I've woken up with both eyes sealed shut due to some crap that gathered during the night.

I have a terrible time trying to fall asleep every night. I'm finally starting to consider sleeping meds.

Read Insomnia, by Stephen King. It was a good read, and one actually learns a lot about the condish.

As for me, I had soccer camp twice a day every day last week, and I started cross country this morning. My legs haven't stopped hurting since last Monday. Of course, I'm getting in awesome shape, so I'm not complaining.

@Ryu-Nacho: what do you do for a living?

That sounds like me 4 months ago after I leg-pressed just over 400 kg 10 times. God, it hurt.

I don't know why, but my weakest spot when I'm weight training is my leg muscles. It doesn't make sense because I'm one of the fastest kids on my soccer team and I run a lot. Oh well. I suppose it's different somehow.

Is it insomnia when you can't go to sleep until 2:00, though wake up a bunch of times in between, and wake up officially at 6:00am?

@Neverender: I'm a new-construction plumber. Long days+big houses+rush jobs+weather=physical taxation. And then on top of that, my dad is racist, so we tend to get into fights rather often, which is taxing physically and mentally.

What's with this "@so-and-so" thing going on...? You can easily just click the quote button.

Though I do admit I'm technically guilty of doing that too.

I remember now! One day I woke up with tonsillitis.
And I still have it today.

Having the hardest or strongest leg muscles does not exactly make you run very fast. What actually makes you run very fast is if your leg muscles are more flexible or stretchy.

Oh. That does sound physically taxing, but anyone would tell you they would rather be doing that than sitting in a cubicle any day...well...after their first few years, at least. And that second part...I'm sorry.

I want to become a doctor of some sort, I think it would be the perfect job for me because you have to use your brain and you move around quite a bit without becoming to exhausted. I used to get pretty uncomfortable at school when we block scheduled. Also double lab, but the fact that I hate double lab with a passion contributes to that.
