Default Phobias?

Suddenly I'm thinking about them and now wonder: What are you guys' phobias? If you don't have any now, are there any you used to have?

I have roller coaster phobia (no Latin root for it). Even watching them on television makes my heart rate go up. I don't know if that's normal. It probably is.

I also have emetophobia, which is an irrational fear of vomiting or being near someone who is vomiting or going to vomit. I'm pretty sure this one if the source of my other phobia.

Coprophobia, the fear of feces. Yes, I am serious.

Yeah that's about it.

Not quite. It's not so much about the act as it is about, well, everything else. Though no, I don't scream. It's not terribly extreme but I won't deny possibly having reactions like this lady in a similar situation.

I have light phobias of water and heights (two near deaths being the cause of these), and a light phobia of creepy crawlies. No screaming and crying or anything though.

I'm also afraid of latin.

Yup... thanks Nicky.

On second thought, I'm not that crazy anymore. I used to be that bad.

Same exact for me as well - the creepie crawlies. just water and heights bother me a little, water not as much as heights.

Is it normal to not have a phobia? Or at least not one you've ever noticed?

I never know how to respond to topics like these, because currently, and as a child, I wasn't afraid of water, dogs, snakes, animals of any kind for that matter, god knows I wasn't afraid of heights, and needles were whatever.

What up with that?

you have a massive uncontrollable irrational fear of something silly like paper clips or grape juice.... it hasn't bothered you at all or even affected you in any way yet. but one day when you least expect it, it will trigger your panic reflex and scare you so much that your mind loses all rationality and your face ends up on the 3 O'Clock news above the caption "Murderous rampage leaves 10 dead and 5 wounded"

I suppose the toher type as well but I've never been faced with them before.. thankfully...) and I am really freaked out by large pieces of cheese. How bizarre.. I know...
