Default Rape.

Is it really rape if the girl/guy likes it?

Probably not because it would go un-reported and if the said "rape" is un-reported then it just "didn't happen" like that. Thus the said "rape" is not even rape as the rape did not happen or exist. I could be wrong on this and I came up with that weird logic out of nowhere.

I know it isn't rape if you yell "SURPRISE" first.

That's a false question. Rape by definition implies that it's not consentual/wanted ("The essential elements of the crime are sexual penetration, force, and lack of consent... In the absence of physical resistance, courts usually held that the sexual act was consensual"). Not to sound hedonist, but I don't imagine someone would fight something they like, and it wouldn't be rape if he/she liked it. Just unexpected. :)

You mean if he or she is forced to orgasm during the act? Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's still rape. If anything having it feel physically good would only mentally fuck that person up even more.

I've recently discovered that a good friend of mine who I usually hold in high regard seems to think that "women" are also to blame for being raped because they're "putting themselves out there" or whatever it was he said. Sexually frustrated much? He doesn't even pity girls who get raped if they went alone to a party, because they "should have known better".

He disagrees with my view that rape is less (if not nothing) about what a person is wearing and more about the rapist's need to have power over someone else. Do any of you agree with him or have friends who think like this?

I've heard the logic before, but it's pretty silly. There are some things a woman might do to "invite" rape (cock-teasing and such), but I'd generally put most of the blame on the man.

Well, it's unfair for your friend there to say that for all women who get raped. However, there are situations where girls do 'have it coming' by the way they, as Ryu said it, "invite" the rape because of what they're wearing or how they're behaving. However, guys have to not listen to their dong and try to be smart about 'getting some' before he 'goes in' for it.

Rape has nothing to do with how a girl acts towards common men. But when someone is set on raping a woman, and a woman is wearing a shirt longer than their shorts, they're inviting.
