Default Mozilla Thunderbird Help

I downloaded Mozilla Thunderbird, which is Mozilla's e-mail service. I have no clue what to set my incoming and outgoing servers to. Can anyone help me?

If you want to use Yahoo in thunderbird you have to buy POP3 access.
But you could instead get this:

How do you download the extension for thunderbird? When I download it it does it for firefox and doesn't work.

it's not an extension, it's another application in itself:

btw, I got mine to work, there's a google help page to set it up: http://mail.google.com/support/bin/a...e=f&ctx=search

I know, I have thunderbird downloaded, but I think I'll just stick with yahoo for now.

I put the link for the gmail help location up, and you have to allow pop sharing for your gmail account for it to work
