Absolutely nothing.

Drunken_Shinobi 01-30-2015 09:16 PM

Well...I got a girlfriend. That's about all I could think of right now. I am disappointed that someone hasn't usurped my spot as top poster.

rtruskey 02-05-2015 10:59 PM

I've graduated high school and attended college for a while, but, dropped out when I realized they didn't have my major.

Since I've dropped out, I'm making music. I haven't been too successful so far, but to get somewhere, I need to keep trying.

I've quit my day-job 2 years ago and never looked back. Ever since I was coding coding from home as a freelancer. That brought me more work, better salary and more possibilities to travel and use my time the way I want. I had several gaming site back than, but kept only one (crazyscarygames.com) where I am still adding games here and there, approx onces a week. Oh, and I have built 3 big fresh water aquarium tanks...

Got a scholarship for undergrad, been here a few years, going to law after. Had some fun jobs along the way. Somehow remembered my password.

rehabisforquitters 02-15-2015 01:42 PM

graduated high school, dropped out of college, had a few jobs, I started my own video production company, and am interning at a production agency on the weekends. Saving to buy a ring for my girlfriend of four years. Um, been skateboarding a LOT and trying to stay fit after my metabolism went down the sh*tter. Good to "see" everyone here!

rtruskey 02-25-2015 08:09 AM

Man, good times.

rtruskey 12-01-2015 03:52 PM

I almost have my Bachelor's and still have never had a job. So, in other words, not a whole lot.

Ryu-Nacho 02-19-2016 11:58 AM

I lost some weight, started weight lifting and biking, destroyed my knee in a biking accident, stopped weight lifting and biking, and put some weight back on. I'd like to fix my knee some day to get back into fitness stuff, but I've got other financial responsibilities to take care of first (nothing too major - worst is a vet bill for a $5k surgery which saved my cat's life).

Nitz 02-20-2016 10:44 PM

I gained weight too but I don't have an accident to blame :/

rtruskey 02-20-2016 11:01 PM

Missed you by fifteen minutes.

Boong 03-03-2016 11:17 AM

5 grand on a cat?? What was wrong with it?

That's quite the sum of virtual goods you've got there.

I got into weightlifting and playing drums. I'm 21 and about to graduate a semester early at a 4 year university and head to Northwestern University for my doctorate in physical therapy next year. But most importantly, I stopped writing shitty fan-fiction, which is my proudest accomplishment.

It's cool to see such a wide range though; what the hell did we even have in common back then? Still, I'm proud of all you guys that are kicking ass 5 years later!

Holy shit. I never thought I'd hear of you again.

What... how did... I thought this was all gone. A lot happened.
December 2012, I graduated community college and took six months off before beginning in the summer at Florida Atlantic University. During those six months not much happened. That last semester getting my associate degree until March 2013 I worked at the bike shop I had went to since I moved to Florida and it didn't go very well. I got fired and could have left on better terms if I'd quit when I first began struggling with the boss' personality. But hey.

Now I'm enrolled in graduate school at FAU. Creative Writing, wutwut. I'm a graduate teaching assistant, too. Yes, they let me teach freshman how to write those dreaded college essays. Fools.

I was thinking just the other day about how this forum helped me develop my writerly self. Glad you're all still posting sometimes. I might come here to hide.

What did you get fired for?

john 11-23-2016 09:47 PM

Suffered a stroke, went through rehab, changed jobs, bought a house. got more gray, and lost more hair. life is busy but good.

rtruskey 12-02-2016 03:07 AM

Definitely didn't expect to see you around here again, john.
