Drunken_Shinobi 04-10-2007, 03:28 AM I'll go with Christianity. Ryu-Nacho 04-10-2007, 09:20 AM I don't have a single favorite. >_> sean.m06 04-10-2007, 03:46 PM i dont belive in any happylittleClayFox 04-10-2007, 05:27 PM Dunno, I am one of those "marches to the beat of his own drums" people. I am big when it comes to communicating as well as possible with my surroundings. Technically I am a pagan because my form of faith is both non-mainstream and has many gods. Okay, so technically I have a pagan ethos complimented by following the principles of Nature (universal coexistence of all things) and Selmar (the way of communication and coexistence). Ryu-Nacho 04-10-2007, 06:08 PM i dont belive in any You have no philosophies? happylittleClayFox 04-11-2007, 12:05 PM Sounds so funny when you think about it "I have no philosophies". Technically, that is your philosophy, disbelief. Drunken_Shinobi 04-11-2007, 12:38 PM The philosophy with no philosophy... sean.m06 04-11-2007, 04:23 PM You have no philosophies? no Natus Lumen 04-11-2007, 06:23 PM I think that intellect will take us the farthest (for the sake of what I'm saying I sincerely hope that's a word) along where we need to go in life. That's basically my philosophy. Learn as much as you can, because you will go farther with knowledge rather than a god or another supernatural force. Although technically I am an agnostic (not the snooty "I'm better than everyone because their god can't exist" type) because I have a sense that everything happens for a reason, and fate does exist, but no one being controlls it. Recently, though, I have been being dragged to church. Siriustar 04-11-2007, 07:27 PM I like the fundamentals of Taoism, but I'm agnostic. Nietzsche was a pretty brilliant dude, in my opinion. Part Nicky 04-11-2007, 09:42 PM Putting Buddha up there is illogical. Any true Buddhist wouldn't even have a computer......... right...? O_o Though I guess you don't have to be Buddhist to agree with some of his teachings. The Perfect Seven 04-12-2007, 05:33 PM I think there's truth in all philosophies, and although Christianity is the one I know the most about, I wouldn't want to limit myself to just one or two ways of thinking. MrNaPaLm32 04-13-2007, 02:16 AM noA man of many words aren't you... gussa 04-13-2007, 10:05 AM confucism but only because "trotskyism" and "marxism" werent options.... i dont follow these philosophies myself. i just like them :) Natus Lumen 04-14-2007, 01:11 PM Putting Buddha up there is illogical. Any true Buddhist wouldn't even have a computer......... right...? O_o Though I guess you don't have to be Buddhist to agree with some of his teachings. From what I've read of Buddhism, I like it probably the most of all philosophy that I've actually learned about, which is a very basic amount. However, I could never live the life of a true Buddhist, as I was raised with there always being the underlying implications that material things are necessary and important, not to say that I don't value immaterial things like love and hate and truth. Also, that's why I said who is your favorite philosopher, not what philosophy do you follow. Part Nicky 04-19-2007, 09:13 PM Also, that's why I said who is your favorite philosopher, not what philosophy do you follow. That is true.... I didn't notice. I mean I did but I forgot. Natus Lumen 04-19-2007, 10:03 PM Nicky, just something I've noticed...all of your posts are edited. gussa 04-20-2007, 09:55 AM =o conspiracay!! Part Nicky 04-20-2007, 11:05 PM I knew one of you would catch on. It's just because usually I second guess everything I do or say... in every situation. It's an extremely frustrating habbit that I'm too lazy to break. MrNaPaLm32 04-20-2007, 11:22 PM ^^^ Zomg! No Editz! Part Nicky 04-21-2007, 02:07 AM I was actually tempted to edit a few moments after it was posted. Ryu-Nacho 04-21-2007, 12:58 PM You should edit every post. It could be your trademark or something. Part Nicky 04-21-2007, 01:39 PM Okay sure. gussa 04-21-2007, 02:26 PM i still think its a conspiracy..... Drunken_Shinobi 04-22-2007, 01:46 AM I thought this thread was going to go somewhere...oh well, now Napalm is going to close it or shoot it down sooner or later. gussa 04-22-2007, 06:27 AM ( ( o ) ) <---- target to shoot Natus Lumen 04-23-2007, 07:22 PM http://img469.imageshack.us/img469/3583/thedoorrh2.gif (http://imageshack.us) Ryu-Nacho 04-23-2007, 09:51 PM ^Older than the internet. Natus Lumen 04-24-2007, 06:22 PM I know. I still think it's a cool animation. gussa 04-27-2007, 03:32 AM yet still old. happylittleClayFox 04-27-2007, 11:41 AM there are so many different animes alluded to in that, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind is one (monster shooting beam from mouth) ===== Putting Buddha up there is illogical. Any true Buddhist wouldn't even have a computer......... right...? O_o Though I guess you don't have to be Buddhist to agree with some of his teachings.
