Here's the situation. A couple of months ago Live randomly stopped working, and I could never figure of what the problem was. I played with settings over and over again, with no luck. I'm no beginner with computers, been it's been annoying me so much that I'm probably missing some stupid thing I just keep forgetting about, so maybe someone else will no what's going wrong.

Here's as detailed as I can get with my setup:

Computer 1 (This One):
- Connected to Modem & Linksys WRT54G Router

Computer 2 (basement):
- Connects to network through Linksys Wireless Adapter
- Connects to Xbox with Crossover Cable
- ICS enabled
- TCP/IP setting currently on "Automatic" detection for both IP and DNS settings

XBOX
- Currently on "Automatic" for all various network connection settings.

If someone could walk me through setup, it'd be greatly appreciated. This has been driving me crazy!

Have you tried using customer support on Xbox.com?

Unfortunately it is, and we don't care if you were "browsing" around the forum for more than a year or two. You will not truly get "experience" around here unless you start posting.
