Adobe premiere does video editing you can download the trial to see if you like it.

photoshop is image editing. not video.

There wont be anything different, buying macromedia means adobe have a larger audiance to offer and thus sell products to. It also means they get one of the most dominating commerical flash and WYSIWYG devloper programs they can incorporate into thier own versions, design themes and what not.

God is this thread still on !!!! Download it from macromedia and when it asks you for a serial number go to www.crackspider.net and type in flash it will then give you the serial numbers and you type that in then you get flash forever.
