Well I'm pretty sure it hurts a lot, as my friends have done it, but they put this gel on the area that you're getting it pierced so it doesn't hurt as much..

Stick a needle through you're lip, that's the only way to tell.

i had two ball labrets in the corner of my mouth and it didnt hurt ( i had to take them out for school), but i have a high tolerance for pain. really you wont regret it, and unless you are deathly afraid of needles you'll be fine.

i am thinking though, now that i'm in college, of getting snakebites which is a ring on both bottom corners of the mouth. or go back to my double labrets.

It's your choice and I don't have much experience with these things. But I know I would never get a piercing.

There really is no after pain. I have my lip and my right brow pierced and I remember the brow hurting more.

i went to get my ear peirced for my birthday. everyone said things like "its okay it wont hurt at all" or "you dont feel pain" so i sat down and the guy lined up the needle etc. and i was feeling confident like i wouldnt feel a thing. then BANG my ear felt like it was on fire (i have a low pain threshold for some things). so the moral of the story is. go in there feeling like you ear is going to be amputated. it helps.

never get your tongue pierced: it's a pain in the ass to keep completely clean, plus, if there's an infection in the hole where the piercing is, it can travel up your spine to your brain and you can die from the infection if it causes really severe brain damage, it's muscle, not skin, and plus, it's so wrong to kiss someone who has one of them (and no, I haven't kissed anyone with their tongue pierced)

acutally the cartilage between your nostrils hurts the worst. it's called a septum piercing. also a bridge piercing (the area at the start of your nose) i hear is pretty killer.

it's actually a very sensual thing. not that you would know considering you've never kissed a girl in the first place. girls who get their tounges pierced though are typically (and fasley, unforunately) placed in a sterotype of people who enjoy engaging in oral sex.

well personally i think lip rings are kinda gross with all due respect to nayone with them. it will probs hurt but only for a little while so dont worry im sure it will be ok!! i have 4 peircings in total.
