Though, that by itself could make the game much less repetitive than the previous titles. It is one of the worst fighting games you could think of. Mortal Kombat has lots of stuff, there's mini games, air kombat, special moves, fatalities, all-sorts! And this new game's gonna have it all! Heck...I'm a fan of fighters in general. But 2D fighters have a much faster pace, and I love that. Axel 08-14-2006, 05:02 AM Soul Caliber is funny when you "accidentally" put the fighters on infinite health so the only way to win is to knock them out of the arena. Ryu-Nacho 08-14-2006, 07:23 PM No, there is a huge difference between the play styles of 2D and 3D fighters. 3D fighters require more timing and strategy, while 2D is more about pulling off as many combos and specials as you can, as quickly as you can. Exactly, and with 3D fighters it's harder to corner. And if you've ever played DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi you'll see the difference. Oh and Ryu-Nacho I do mean the SNK vs Capcom clash. It basically means when you're low on energy, your "ki" bar goes to max so you can perform a move to save your sorry ass.
