What do you think of his actions, I he got drunk and he did some stupid shit, he was drunk he didn't mean it.
He should be arrested for being Australian.

You can go up to like .22 and not need medical attention, but .12 is nothing close to dying. Get your facts straight. Above .22 and medical attention may be necessary, but its possible to go up to something like .36 and get nothing but the worst hangover of your life.
That's not how it works; .08 is actually .08% alcohol.
