How many posts, brownie points, or whatever does one have to get before they're no longer considered a noob. And will someone please explain to me the difference between "newb" and "noob"? Thank you.

You're so useful. I don't know what I'd do without you, Pink.

You are no longer a noob when you have been here for at least two months or so, there is really no set time that you graduate from n00bdom. Users like Dogman/person for example, will always be n00bs.

I didn't even know you existed until yesterday.

You're sort of like our un-official noob gauge. If someone has been here long enough for let to know who they are, they are no longer a noob (provided that they can talk correctly).

Also, dont get pissed if someone calles you a newb, newb is different from n00b.

Newb: new memeber
n00b: Spamming idiot who thinks he/she is cool. you dont have to be a newb to be a n00b

:huuh:

I know, I saw that when I joined, but It doesn't really answer my question. Metal gave me a vague but relatively accurate answer via myspace message, and then told me to try Diet Poop, but I was too lazy I guess. Thanx though.

Sorry forgot about the second part. My bad, Pink Floyd. Don't be hatin'.

You can't really graduate from "n00b" but you can graduate from "newb". You have to have an attitude adjustment to stop becoming a "n00b".
