Technically, it is. Anything is automatically copyrighted as long as someone else has seen it and can confirm that you made whatever it is.

Enlighten me...who would want to steal your pee in the first place? Other than drug addicts who are about to go do a test and don't wanna fail? Now putting a copyright on fecal matter...that could be pretty awesome, and by all means understandable.
