I really have no idea, mostly because I don't pay attention to stories like this, so I don't remember ever even hearing about it. But I guess that maybe the parents don't want to exploit the baby, or it's also possible that there isn't a baby at all. But I lean toward the first possibility.

Being an avid Gwen Stefani fan (I'm more obsessed with her than Billie) I actually bought the issue of OK! magazine with Kingston James McGregor Rossdale's baby pictures in it. She was really... full of herself in all the pictures, but I bet you would too if you were the perfect human.
