You need a memory stick to do that you put the music on you memory stick and transfer it to the psp, :g: i don't have one of those at the moment i can only tell you what i've heard but heres a link for an inside look.

P.s You will probably need a memory stick anyway if you don't already have one.

hey thanx, but i am wondering how to do it without a memory stick reader/writer. i just want music!!!
it's not like i need it for a music player or anything, but i dont want to buy a psp and only be able to use half the features!

Sorry are you saying your wanting ways to download music form a system or you want to play music files on the hand held ???.

There should be a cable adapter...

also, u can:


first, turn on ur PSP
goto the very left and almost all the way up
u will find USB connector or w/e
click on it
connect ur PSP to ur computer
go to the psp drive in my computer
go into the PSP folder
right-click and create a new folder
name it MUSIC with all caps
put the music u want in that folder
unplug ur psp
go to the music section
click on ur memory stick
there is ur music!

All you have to do is to enter the PSP folder on your memorystick, and name a folder MUSIC. Same thing to do if you want your images on the PSP. Just name a folder PHOTO and move your images into the folder. But I really don't know how to put videos on the PSP. Someone help!
