View Full Version : Masterbation Against Christ aaproductions 06-18-2006, 03:30 PM Many Christans and other religions say that if you masturbate, you wont go to heaven, etc. Do you think that this sexual act is a way against christ? Hellraiser 06-18-2006, 03:35 PM no, i dont think its bad - why is it bad? its better than having sex! i mean i think that is the dumbest thing ever o and BTW i dont have any religius views Drunken_Shinobi 06-18-2006, 07:17 PM Well it's just a very dirty thing to do, and also kind of a sin considering if you go to church they just say "don't do it". It doesn't necessarily mean you're not going to go to heaven, I mean the religioin of Christianity says we can't all be perfect and I'm sure you could just repent or something for whacking off. MrNaPaLm32 06-19-2006, 02:25 AM Its just downright stupid. While it may be considered wrong because its a worldly pleasure. But its biologically very hard to go without it for a very long time. the longer sperm stay in your testicles, the more likely they are to A. Give you testicular cancer B. Create mutations in the cell. Your body somehow knows this, and tries to reid itself of these elderly sperm. gwia 06-19-2006, 06:43 AM Hell No there aint nothing wrong with a pull every now and then Ryu-Nacho 06-19-2006, 09:33 AM Masturbation is technically a sin. But like D_S mentioned, it can be forgiven and/or repented for, like most other sins. The reasoning behind masturbation being sinful is that we are to use our reproductive organs for just that: reproduction. Sex for pleasure and masturbation are both considered 'misuses' of the reproductive organs, and thus sins. Drunken_Shinobi 06-19-2006, 05:02 PM Yeah, whatever church says that it can't be forgiven is just BS, but then you know as humans we can't help it, we have to whack ourselves off eventually. Heyyou27 06-19-2006, 05:12 PM Hell No there aint nothing wrong with a pull every now and then You heard it from our residential follower of Christ. aaproductions 06-19-2006, 07:19 PM But, then again, where again in the bible does it say "I shall not masterbate"? I dont think "masterbating" is the same as "cheating on your wife". Drunken_Shinobi 06-19-2006, 07:32 PM It's not on the ten commandments but it's still a sin because you're indulging in worldly pleasures. joshisposer 06-19-2006, 09:09 PM one site explains it all. http://www.jackinworld.com They express "theories" on it. Ilikepandas 06-20-2006, 05:07 AM So basically... anything that feels good is bad? Then why have we been made to feel some things as good if they are so sinful Snow 06-20-2006, 10:49 AM Its just downright stupid. While it may be considered wrong because its a worldly pleasure. But its not sick or shows naked people. Drunken_Shinobi 06-20-2006, 10:04 PM But isn't that the reason for a wet dream? And also, sperm only live 24-48 hours. Some people probably don't wet dream for some reason, but you're right with the sperm not living for too long. nickychris3 06-21-2006, 12:29 AM It's not a sin. Some people are just paranoid that their sons will turn gay or something, which is stupid. diet poop 06-21-2006, 01:22 AM If it is a sin, than about 95% of the world is going to hell. nickychris3 06-21-2006, 01:26 AM Exactly. MrNaPaLm32 06-21-2006, 01:59 AM yeah, since when is that a sin? Drunken_Shinobi 06-21-2006, 04:52 PM If it is a sin, than about 95% of the world is going to hell. That's if they committed blasphemy or something. viper.gtsr 06-21-2006, 05:21 PM So basically... anything that feels good is bad? No big deal. And if i burn in hell...it was sooooooooooooo worth it. XD ============================== one site explains it all. http://www.jackinworld.com They express "theories" on it. Dude, that was good for a lot of laughs. A LOT of info. lolololROFLCOPTER!!! MrNaPaLm32 06-22-2006, 01:48 AM But isn't that the reason for a wet dream? And also, sperm only live 24-48 hours.Woops, I didn't see this. I'm fairly certain the reason for a wet dream Is just your hormones acting up. and sperm can live much longer than that, especailly in the place where they're made. They die when they run out of food, just like anything else in this world. which is in about 7 days, but thats when they dont have anything to "eat" aka semen. Did I go too far? To make life harder.Actually It has everything to do with the Christian religion. Such as in the "Lords Prayer" where you say, "Deliver us from temptation." Snow 06-22-2006, 10:12 AM Woops, I didn't see this. They die when they run out of food, just like anything else in this world. which is in about 7 days, but thats when they dont have anything to "eat" aka semen. Did I go too far? Wet dreams are also to relieve sexual tensions, so should we go to hell for something we can't control? Because it's almost the same as masturbation. Heyyou27 06-22-2006, 11:05 AM I'm 15...i can't have sex yet but i can get horny as hell...and so...instead of going to go F*ck someone i beat it. No big deal. And if i burn in hell...it was sooooooooooooo worth it. XD Thanks for the laugh; I nominate this post for post of the week. Drunken_Shinobi 06-22-2006, 04:53 PM Wet dreams are also to relieve sexual tensions, so should we go to hell for something we can't control? Because it's almost the same as masturbation. No, not really. When you masturbate you intentionally give yourself pleasure while you're awake, but when you wet dream that's a totally diffrent story. I mean you're not awake and you totally do not know what's going on when you wet dream. The reason it's a sin is because you intentionally indulge in those pleasures. Snow 06-22-2006, 05:09 PM Thanks for the laugh; I nominate this post for post of the week. That's going in my sig. Drunken_Shinobi 06-22-2006, 05:13 PM Now it's in his sig. Axel 07-11-2006, 06:01 AM Why is everyone spelling masturbate wrong? PlatinumTrixi 07-11-2006, 02:50 PM I never looked at it as a sin, because it is very healthy for the male body. Females though-it's healthy, but not as much. Are handjobs looked at the same way? Nevermind... dumb question. joshisposer 07-11-2006, 02:54 PM there is nothing in the bible that "clearly" states masturbation is a sin. I promise, there is nothing wrong with http://www.jackinworld.com/. there are some links on there that talk about it. MeTal CaNdYcaNe 08-03-2006, 02:18 AM I don't think there's anything wrong with it, it's actually supposed to be healthy, and a good way to relieve stress. AS far as the against christ junk goes, why is it that everything that feels good is wrong? We should be able to enjoy life, as long as we don't hurt anyone what's the problem? paranoia 08-03-2006, 06:01 AM Not masturbating means that a man will be more likely to get prostate cancer, but so does doing it more than 5-6 times a week. Speaking of masturbation, read the sex section of www.wired.com. The woman who writes most of the articles, Regina Lynn, not only has hand-carver ceramic dildos in her office, she also produces nuggets of wisdom like this: Unfortunately, it's hard to feel sacred when you're trying to guide a dildo you can't see, attached to a pogo stick that keeps bonking you in the chin, into your vagina, all without dropping your vibrator or knocking yourself out.
