raw photography is typically only associated with dSLR's. Its a format the camera uses that doesn't compress a single thing which makes it ideal for editing in photoshop. Its a no hold bar image with high sizes (about 10MB for a single 6MP picture)

Are you referring to JPG's created from raw digital photos? If so you are incorrect. My typical .jpeg from photoshop retaining its original quality and resolution at 6MP is about 4MB's. That would be about 11 times larger than 350KB.

You can buy several large harddrives for a computer that will add up to over a TB.

so 900x6 is 7200 bytes. or 7.2 kilobytes.

7200 bytes x 100,000=720,000,000 bytes


so 100,000 documents encompass .72 GB

so to get to a terrabyte. you would need 138,000,000 text documents.

i need storage for my movie collection (personal backups of course) - with each movie being 700 MB or 1.2 GB
-i like them all to be on HDD so i can just stream them through my xbox and not have to search through piles of discs
i currently have 1 TB in my computer composed of 5 different HDDs

it would be more than full if i didn't put all my tv shows on DVD data discs
