Drop chinese and learn something else like Spanish or something. If I were you, I'd rather not look like a hypocrite. But if you're doing this to just learn chinese to say bad words to other chinese people then you can go jump off a damn cliff for all I care.

Why, exactly are you trying learn chinese? Why not a simpler language? Hopefully it's not because you saw some Chinese singer and went "Wow, what a neat language! It doesn't seem so hard. All I need to do is take some free online lessons!" I hope you at least know the different vowels to memorize before actually trying to speak it. You could think you're saying "Ah, what a lovely day" and really be saying "Ah, fork lovely fly it there fish purple." I don't think songs will help you practice in such a complicated area.
