We got our Alienware computer 2 weeks ago..shipped up to Canada & US exchange and the motherboard is corrupted ( we had it looked at)..anyone have trouble getting tech support, we are on hold everyday forever and getting mad.
What's your experience with them?

Alienware computers are overpriced; I build my own boxes.

From what I've learned from Alienware:

Crappy Computers

Indian Tech Support

Almost impossible to get Support

We'd be better off building our own computers rather than buy something overpriced like Alienware.

i've got an alienware laptop... it's 100% excellent. i had no problems, so i havn't experienced the notorious customer support.

i wouldn't buy a desktop computer without building it myself.

Well the Laptop is understandable seeing that building a laptop isn't as easy as building a box.
