You're in the wrong place; and by Cinema, do you mean differing camera angles, lighting effects? Trying to make a game more movie-like?
Ryu-Nacho 03-27-2006, 04:26 PM Out of boredom, I took the survey. And yeah, thats what he means. He wants the common gamer's opinion on cinematics, graphics, and interaction in relation to video games.
Ilikepandas 03-27-2006, 06:00 PM Games, movies, they will both combine as one soon. Movies and games are simply telling stories, but they both vary in the interactivity needed. For example the classic pong game has no story but 100% interactivity, but rpgs have a plot/adventure happen.
Drunken_Shinobi 03-27-2006, 08:30 PM I think Gameplay is pretty important for a game because after all, the purpose of the game is that it is supposed to be played with. There's also the fact that the storyline has to be important too.
