Yeah, Rammstein is pretty good. I also like several Japanese groups.

KMFDM (http://www.kmfdm.net/) is pretty good, along with Metric (http://www.ilovemetric.com/).

Some of Rammstein's songs are crazy; they sound good, but the meaning in some of the lyrics is a little scary.

Why not try Lordi? They're an insane Finnish "monster" rock band who just won the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest. I'm not a fan myself, but they're obviously pretty good.
