I would learn how to use pivot handles in flash there handy to know how to use when your animating, also only use one layer for the sounds not several plus i would use Adobe Photoshop for your images and paste your image into a transparent background in PS then remove the background (white things) and save it as a .png then when you import your image into Flash the background won't appear round the edges or have a white background.
