Who do you guys think are upcoming artists? A lot of people will name someone who's made one video that turned out to be a smash hit, but that can be filed under One-Hit Wonders in my opinion.

There's a big difference between artists in their prime and artists who get a lucky break.

I'm going to start this off and say that Massari is looking to be one of the bigger artists this year, even though I don't really like some of his songs. His debut album sold very well and two (or three? I can't remember) of his videos were in the top 5 on Much for a while.

Of course, there's always bands like Fallout Boy (Sugar, We're Going Down and Dance, Dance) and the slightly older band The Arcade Fire (The Neighbourhood series and Rebellion).

Well generally to be "upcoming" you have to be new(ish). Otherwise you're a band making a comeback.

The Arctic Monkeys are huge in the UK, and they're touring with Oasis in North America so it's only a matter of time.
