Bought at Staples (Canada) for $1299 but I work there so bought on employee shop day so got a 10% discount .. then bought an extended service plan for it and with tax came out to just a little over $1400 CAD

i have a 17" hdtv monitor
it's pretty good and i don't notice the refresh rates too much
and napalm, don't forget 1080i
1080p is almost twice as clear as 1080i
my monitor is 1080i and also a lcd
