has anyone done a beep test or shuttle run or something its called

at school we do 2 a year

in the 1st term i got 9.4

in the 4th term i got 10.2

i did a shuttle run and got i think (not lieing this is why i run track) a 8.7
around there

no shuttle run and bleep test aren't the same thing. we run both in soccer. the bleep test is measured in levels. 11 is a damn good score. our fastest kid only got to 14. i quit at 10.
