as if theyre fun, there hella fun. buy super cool one off e-bay. theres an electrically powerd m-16 on there for $50. 80 rounds, 250fps. as for if they hurt, yeah they do, sting more than anything, especially if its at 250fps. =)

They are not worth paying for. STEAL ONE! (or multiple) They are very fun, I have a laser sight on mine, and I didn't have to buy a thing...

They hurt if you are shot from 3 to 6 meters away and you are wearing light clothing. SUGESSTION: wear a long-sleeve shirt, sweater/sweatshirt/hoodie, and a coat (optional)

Yep. It is a clear Taurus that shoots ~250 fps, I like it. I also stole a laser sight, a 400 count bottle of 6mm paintballs, and a 3000 count bottle of 6mm glow-in-the-dark balls for the airsoft gun.

Well since I actually am able to get money, I'd pay for it. But I wouldn't pay ridiculous amounts of cash on one. I look at the gun and see if the price is worth it actually and that what I'm paying for is good.

my full auto glock pistol shoots at 320 to 370 fps and they hurt if you get over 450 + fps at 20 feet or less way you could break skin with a paint ball or a airsoft's 6mm BB i have seen airsofts that have ben tested 810 fps just think that a AK47 bullet travels at about 1020 fps and thats a real bullet

Agreed...airsoft guns are much more diffrent than real guns. I mean even though they may be modeled to look like a real gun that doesn't make them any closer to being a real gun. Real guns kill, airsoft doesn't PERIOD.

However...it does simulate a "real" gun by being able to shoot. If it you don't want to have your guns compared to "real" guns then get guns that don't shoot. Unless of course you get fun out of shootable guns then I can accept that. Yet it doesn't mean I can't compare those guns with guns that are real.

hell yes they r worth it in like 03 they started to boom im pretty new to it but its awesome. and yes they hury a little at close range but other than that nope.

Anyway, my airsoft guns aren't bad. 210 fps for the pistol and like 280 for the rifle.
