Chassi Angel 11-17-2005, 06:44 AM Yeah, especially as I don't live there.
Angel, slow down. In three days you have amassed over 50 posts.
Firedove 11-17-2005, 03:13 PM I could say countless things about Tennessee.

we NEED to plant a Bush back in Texas
Chassi Angel 11-18-2005, 04:17 AM Angel, slow down. In three days you have amassed over 50 posts.
Sorry.
Junk_Train 11-19-2005, 02:57 AM Shhhh.. you might hurt the States' feelings.
Ilikepandas 11-20-2005, 09:41 PM Thats too easy. Why directly insult at one of the stupidest (statistically- im not making an invalid statement) fattest (land of convienience- what do you expect) and most racist (Theres still a white town and black town in Atlanta- what happened to land of the free and equal?) nations on earth. Also, ironically, it is one of the most rich and powerful.
Some sad proof: "Harry Potter and the Philosophers stone" had to be changed to "Sorcerers stone" in the US. Was that big word too much for you? Sheesh.
And don't even get me started on Brazil...
hanxa13 11-21-2005, 02:32 AM Go here (http://www.bluecanyonproductions.com/toughtalkradio/) for the end of George Bush
The Perfect Seven 11-24-2005, 12:18 PM Hmm, I live in the U.S., I didn't realize that most people here don't, I guess. And yea, the racist part is right at least, theres a ton of racism even at my school. But I didn't know that the Sorceror's Stone was actually the Philosopher's Stone!?
I'm just sick of everyone in America bashing George Bush when they are the ones who voted for him.
foulplay 11-24-2005, 01:07 PM Hmm, I live in the U.S., I didn't realize that most people here don't, I guess. And yea, the racist part is right at least, theres a ton of racism even at my school. But I didn't know that the Sorceror's Stone was actually the Philosopher's Stone!?

Not that I'm against Bush or anything but not EVERYONE voted him in. That other 40 so percent of the public has the right to ***** and moan all they want, but the people against Bush who didn't get out and vote have no right to complain, they could have made the difference, these were two VERY close elections.
Ilikepandas 11-24-2005, 04:42 PM Hmm, I live in the U.S., I didn't realize that most people here don't, I guess. And yea, the racist part is right at least, theres a ton of racism even at my school. But I didn't know that the Sorceror's Stone was actually the Philosopher's Stone!?

Hmmm... also I noticed tons of propaganda at my times in in America- but I won't start there because if you're a victim of the propoganda you would have no I dea what I'm talking about.
Junk_Train 11-24-2005, 05:08 PM Lol, Ilikepandas we're the only country that actually works has statistics of obesity, and that isn't all correct Arnold Swazeneggar is obese acording to the stats. I haven't seen no propaganda in the television lately.. everyone wants to say that teh Iraq war was just for oil but, if you was in Bush's position, there wasn't much you could do I wouldn't want another 9/11 incident somewhere else in the U.S.
I just don't like the way Bush handles America's money.. you know they said that the deficits was cause of the war but, in reality it was because of over spending on countless other things and, a mission to Mars...lol
The Perfect Seven 11-24-2005, 05:15 PM Yea I'm sure Bush didn't expect the Iraq thing to become some long drawn-out war. I mean after something like 9/11 a president just can't sit on his arse and wait for another attack.
I dunno about propaganda... I've never really been to any other countries but I know alot of times some people take the whole "freedom of speech" thing a little too far.
Junk_Train 11-24-2005, 06:29 PM Lol this war wasn't that long and drawn out in comparison to other wars.
Ryu-Nacho 11-24-2005, 11:01 PM Well, for something that was supposed to be a short-term operation, it sure is long and drawn out.
Ilikepandas 11-25-2005, 10:43 PM Oh don't worry guys, America's not the only country with an obesity crisis. The majority of the Western world is becoming too fat, I think we all just pick on America because it is the worst one so we can cover up for the other nations insecurities. However one reason we're all fat is because fast food places like McDonalds have spread all over the world and we've stopped eating traditional food in exchange for cheap fatty and convinient food. So pretty much, you're going down and we're all going down with you. The whole world will be fat soon.
The Perfect Seven 11-25-2005, 10:47 PM yea,.... I saw in the newspaper today that by the new BMI system, George W and most football players are considered overweight, some even obese. WTF?
Charles rules you all! 11-25-2005, 10:48 PM Except for africa they will stay starving until they learn better ways of produsing food.(not trying to be mean)
The Perfect Seven 11-25-2005, 10:49 PM Except for africa they will stay starving until they learn better ways of produsing food.(not trying to be mean)
or maybe McD's can set up a few huts over there
Ilikepandas 11-25-2005, 11:03 PM Yea I'm sure Bush didn't expect the Iraq thing to become some long drawn-out war. I mean after something like 9/11 a president just can't sit on his arse and wait for another attack.
I dunno about propaganda... I've never really been to any other countries but I know alot of times some people take the whole "freedom of speech" thing a little too far.
Oh yeah- and on terrorists. It seems that you have been a victim of propoganda- i will say clearly and confidently:
The terrorists were in Afghanistan.
Al queada went and blew up the world trade centre.
Bush went "Right, lets kick some terrorist ass" and sent a big army to afghanistan. Who woudn't?
The troops in afghanistan creamed Al Queada and stopped their rule over the country.
good. now the terrorists were defeated for now, but of course osama is still probably at large.
Bombings still continued, but thats because not all terrorists were in afghanistan, Al queada is very clever and sneaky, almost impossible to track down or wipe out.
Now Bush's strategies become questionable:
He decides to invade iraq. There were no terrrorists in Iraq. Terrorists were in afghanistan, not in Iraq. His propoganda may have said it was a threat, but Iraq was not going to harm America for a long time and was quite content with Saddam's dictatorship and oppression.
BUSH'S "REASONS":
"They have weapons of mass destruction" - mr UN man searched, no weapons found. Ol' Bush was rather quiet about this.
"I want to spread democracy to east" - Iraq is in shambles now. For many years people lived in fear and oppression, but at least they had food and water. America's doing it's best to keep Iraq in order but they still are having trouble getting vital resources like food for everyone. Sure they have freedom, but now life is twice as hard as they struggle to feed themselves. Fear + food or freedom + starvation?
"God told me to do it"- Shut up George Bush before you humilate yourself and your country even more. Don't try and start a holy war Mr Bush, it'll only end in tears.
BETTER REASONS:
"Theres lots of oil"- if your multi- million dollar oil companies your family in texas owns aren't enough, why not invade another country and take theirs? Sure its against international law, but America is the international law! Best idea ever (If you have no guilt)
"Lets start an American empire in the middle east"- screw the spread of communism- democracy is taking over the world! Oh No! Freedom! Rights! What awful things! Please make me a poor oppressed slave again oh mighty Allah...
Whats my point? Iraq was not a vital action that was needed for America's safety. However America gains a lot of good suff for taking over Iraq so good on you Mr Bush, you do truly care about your country. :) And I guess thats whats needed in a U.S. President...
And the best point of all is that stirring up the middle east by invading Iraq HAS NOT stopped TERRORISM!! Look at the London bombing...
Painintheglavin 11-25-2005, 11:27 PM Seeing that you have turned 2 threads into a discussion that bashes the U.S,I think that you have been waiting to do bash us for a while. So anyway,America has it's good and bad sides.
People-Many are overweight, many are not. However, the rate on eating disorders is also going up.People who live in the central U.S are more friendly and kind, but they also support Bush. But in general, people outside major urban areas are kind and generous (with exceptions,or course.)
Media-The worst part of America (besides Microsoft and Disney) The media keeps a vice-like grip on many areas of America.Important news is shoved aside because a celebrity is in court.America's beliefs are misguided becaues movies,T.V and the like give you information that is exxagerated, misleading,or not shown because it is not intresting enough. What people know about stem cells are limited to what the media tells them. For example, there is a way to harvest stem cells without using embryos. Also,no one in America knows about the Canadian government. Finally, people know little about autism, which is a increasingly common disease, besides what they saw in Rain Man.
Government-Give me a break. The bigger the population, the worse the bureaucracy,so I can sort of understand it (look at China),but it keeps rambling about how free America is.I mean HELLO,OTHER COUNTRIES HAVE FREEDOM TOO!Bush is well-meaning,but being a president is not a good career choice.(Not that he would be good at many carrers.)NASA is a total mess.Being in space has no benifit to the world, and even then,NASA still consumes a lot of money. But of course, everyone complains about their government,so it might be just me.
In conlusion,America is a lot of things, both good and bad.So please realize that, and stop using America as a scapegoat for all of your problems.
Ryu-Nacho 11-25-2005, 11:50 PM As usual, this argument is like watching a bunch of kids in pajamas argue over pillows. >_>
On Terrorism: I have mixed feelings on The War in The Middle East. It was a multi-purpose task set upon by Bush, with each task being accomplished. The cover-up and spread-out reason was to strike out against Terrorism. It did do this. It showed that we wouldn't tolerate Terrorism in America indeed. However, when the war started, there was speculation that the Middle East, after the war, may stop supplying America with gas and oil because of the devastation we caused. This is completely feasible. However, if we take the Middle East, they don't have to give it to us. We can just take it. Lastly, Bush is doing what Presidents do-trying to make America more powerful.
On Americans: Yes, as a general, we're obese and uneducated. But stereotyping these thoughts on every person is a terrible mistake. If Americans were all so stupid, then we wouldn't be a stable nation, filled with world changing ideas. And if we were all so obese, we wouldn't have any involvement in International Sports, or National for that matter. Nor would we have any of those annoying Fitness Empires. XD
But, like what was pointed out, the entire world is getting fatter because of fast food restaraunts, and other new luxuries being introduced into the world.
And Painintheglavin, I'd like to change that thing you said about Microsoft...they keep a better grip on America than any other company, in my opinion. They've been close to monopolizing the computer industry before, and it could happen again easily.

Lol you just like to look smart cause you use the bold text. Saddam's opression was loved by his people is a lie, he murdered thousands and set up mass graves, ect. They have proof of that, and that's what raised suspicion of them having WMD's. As was the buildings that were built that looked like a factory of some sorta.
I think Saddam and his officers got wind of this which is pretty obvious and took the WMD's shipped them to another part of their network in Africa or to some other country.
1/3 of our oil comes from the Gulf, 1/4 of it comes from Argentina, and they're trying to find some up in Alaska but, it's hazy there. Bush has a wierd way of spending money.
China's the biggest oil user of them all so Bush is trying to actually get Oil from them rather then Iraq but, since Iraq is a huge distributor they needed stability in that country to even get business going.
I just wish I could trust someone but, the reality about politics is that no one can be trusted. Are you sure that IRAQ terrorists was affiliiated with the London Bombings?
Painintheglavin 11-26-2005, 10:20 AM What the terrorists are doing reminds me of an episode of the Twilight Zone,The Monsters Are Due On Maple Street. The enemy does a few small, but scary, things and watches the people destroy themselves. And about Microsoft and Disney:Both have a history of buying up companiess that are a threat.Because Microsoft has bought all the compaines with products that are worst than them,Microsoft has the worst operating system. It makes people believe it's the best and only choice even when it's empire is crumbling. Also, the government extends copyright dates just they can suck up to Disney. It has horrible safety records at Disney World, and pretends to be wholesome and kid-friendly even they direct pornos and turn Pocahontas from a 12-year old into a 17-year old sexy nymph.
Sorry,off the subject.
Ilikepandas 11-26-2005, 04:48 PM Yeah, ok, i'm really sorry guys. I'm not bashing you, I'm bashing the government. I just felt strongly that the most powerful and influential nation on earth should be more responsible about it's position. Whatever America's government does internationally affects all the other nations as well.
I'll shut up about it now
infurnoASH 11-27-2005, 09:12 PM The Govenment has no clue what they're doing.
I mean Wee had a wresteler for a governer,
and California has the Govinater.
Junk_Train 11-27-2005, 10:41 PM Lol I remember that.. I forget the guys name but, I think his Wrestling Alias was "The Body" lol.
Chassi Angel 11-28-2005, 03:36 AM As far as I know, the UK media says it was terrorists who killed all those people. It was sooo freaky because I knew loads of people who were in london at the time. They were all ok, though. :)
hanxa13 11-28-2005, 07:19 AM My cousin was on one of the trains that got bombed. that was scary. the media can say what it likes. i don't think al queda did it. i think it was a different group. one that lets al queda take the blame/credit (however they want to put it)
