I am soooo bored right now and decided to devote my time to making things for other people!

OK! I've decided what I'd like from ya!
Use this (http://www.animeondvd.com/images/other/sparticle/flclHaruko1_4.jpg) pic, set to the left of the sig. Add the quote "It takes an idiot to do something cool. Thats why it's cool." on the right, slightly slanted. Going up and right. Yeah. Like /.
For the background, kinda fade this (http://www.amber-nights.net/layouts/flcl/baseball/left.jpg) into the background, and give it a color over...like, if you were to lay colored plastic over a picture. That kind of effect. But what color? Hmmm...
Going over it in my head, I'd say a semi-light red would be good. Oh, also, for the background pic, focus only on where she's holding the bat. Yaaaaah...

Ryu-Nacho, I think this might be better. I found it very, very hard to actually get the words able to be read. It's still kinda fuzzy, but I added in that quote you wanted.
