It appears to be an issue where people that are now a part of the veterans usergroup have lost access to the arcade. The configuration interface for the arcade has been broken for awhile, but I haven't bothered fixing it since it was working. That will have to be fixed before the permissions can be fixed, and that's not something that I can access from work. I will try to get to it tonight, but it will depend on how late I'm out with the kids trick-or-treating.
