Would you like listening to music live instead of recorded stuff? Answer only if you have heard music live.

Depends. I wouldn't buy an album of live music, but I would go to a concert. Who the the hell hasn't heard live music?

Sorry forgot to put an emphasis on heard. I'm talking about actually listening to it instead of banging your head or running around being a mosher idiot.

Like listening to the riffs, picking out the mistakes, finding the sour notes, listening to rythm errors all that junk.

I like live music better, more fanservice for one and like you said mistakes happen making it all the better. I hate when artists take a live concert and put it on a CD though.

You can't beat the atmoshpere and volume of a live concert. But no way in hell would I buy a CD that tries to capture that atmosphere.

I have to say that the Coldplay Live 2003 CD/DVD is awesome.

I probably shouln't ask this, but did you actually expect it to be good????

and live is way better than recorded, obviously. But when its live you don't go trying to pick out the individual riffs and notes, you get into the music, you feel it as a whole, as it was meant to be heard.

Since people tend go flat/sharp even on the albums, I guess I don't care either way.
