Nah. I would only ban them if they were really bad. If they're annoying, I'd give them a warning. It's only fair... A warning will do just as good, even better than if I banned them.

I see no impending doom. The "13 year old moderator" acts alot more responsible and mature than a good number of the users on here that are in their late teens or early 20's. That is why he was chosen.

a "super" moderator is just a fancy way of saying global moderator. Regular moderators may or may not have mod access to all areas.
