Sometimes when I click on something, I get a page saying "403. Forbidden". I refresh the page and sometimes it's fixed. Is there any apperent reason for this?

Without looking at the logs (and until I get home, I cant), I would guess that it is a result of one of the modules that are running here on the temporary server. It is made to try to mitigate anything that looks like a DoS attack, and you're probably doing something that is triggering it. Not that I'm saying you're doing anything on purpose, but like any automated detection system, I'm sure it is prone to the occasional false-positive.
