1.It is perfectly legal to own and sell human remains.
2. That is the real thing, if you look closely you can see that even though it looks as if there is just bone behind the sockets, that is actually the inside of the back of the skull.

yea that was definatly a real skull u can buy them from companies, that processes people bones dedicated to science. we have like 4 in our dental class. 1 female 2 males and a infant i think and ive held them all.

Yah, I assume that this auction was for bones, however I thought selling human parts in illegal on eBay? I mean there are places that do sell this stuff, people need bones for various things like research or crazy practices. Anyone got a back up of the page?
