Those wouldn't happen to have been gprime apparels, would they? There was also that "Socks are coming" thing...I don't remember where I saw that...that may have been here or on Newgrounds. Either way though, is it ok for them to make money off of stuff like that? Wouldn't they have to ask the people who first made the characters/concepts? Whoever made the Dancin' Ants, if you don't know about this T-shirt thing, you might wanna ask 'em for a slice of the pie. Again, thats if it's not gprime's stuff.
