I baby sat once, it was a while ago. They were a handful, so I was never really bored.

i've never really babysat properly b4 but i'v had experience with nice kids but the only thing was is that u arnt allowed to say "ugly words" i.e stupid,loser,dork shut up and so on that was really annoying!

If you're calling the kids you're babysitting stupid, losers, or dorks, I don't think you should be babysitting anyway. :g:

but if u dont use those words they might not know them until the first grade and will be stunned when some one else says it!!And i use those words to disaplin(bad spelling) those children if needed..:laugh:

Yes, watching TV, eating food and barely even watching a kid really sucks. Here's what you do. You send the kid on a scavenger hunt (in the house). If they find all the items, they can watch tv. Here's a list I would use:

A sandwich
A drink
The Remote
A severred human hand


Make the kid give you an item as they find it. You'll watch TV, and not have to find the remote. You will also have a sandwich and a drink.


You can also add "Refills" to the list.

^ I doubt if the kid is old enough to make a sandwich that they'd need a babysitter.

Nice idea though.

When we were babysitting we were looking throught the movies to watch and came across meet the fockers, and the kid started saying "meet the fockers", but little kids have that sort of accent, so it sounded like "meet the f*ckers. He stopped saying it eventually though.
