You know what...might as well not come up with the idea because if you make such a section then little kids would just say "YAY 18+ SECTION!!!" Then they'll just go in anyways due to the fact their interested in the "cool ppls" stuff.

Nobody can get held liabile to any kids lies saying that they weren't warned or they might claim that one of us was trying to soliciate some ****ed up stuff.If theres a disclaimer at the front of the page then all accusations become void because they shouldn't be there in the first place and anybody who's monitring there kids on the computer shouldn't be able to access these pages if they were taking the proper precautions against it. It's not to turn them away it's to turn blame away from us.

In order to defend against a possible lawsuit from a pissed of parent that catches their 13 year old looking at pornographic material on gprime, I would prefer to take steps to show that we take actions that should prove that the person flat out lied about their age. It would be back on them for fraud, not us for contributing to the deliquency of a minor.

I know quite a few people on here are not from the US, but this site is hosted on a US server. John and Kewmat are in Canada, which would help shield them, but the rest of us mods on here are from the US, and could definately be sued by some parent for not taking steps to protect their children from the big bad internet.

Ultimately, the decision for an adult only forum would be up to John. IF he were to approve it, we could set it up and take whatever steps we need for age verification at that time.

im not relly thinking of it being used for porn just material that would maybey be offending to the little 1s. just stuff like, for example some one just submited a video called the adventures of dildo man. thatt could go in there. mostly humorus stuff that would not necisarily be good for the children to see or hear.

If I know my forum modifications, which I don't, it isn't too hard to add a new section to the forum. I saw blackice make the "Useless Crap" section in seconds. I'm not too sure if you can set an age limit though.

We really don't need a mature forum. Actually, now that I think of it, one ment for 13+ RECOMENDED could actually come to use. There could be more sereous talk without the small worry of ticking off some 8 year old with some maturity issues. What do ya think?
