Are you not satisfied with the rest of the internet that you need to make your own site? What is the point? If it is for your own enjoyment then instead do this. Write all of your stuff on a paper and read it yourself.

yes i would it is just natural

that if they do they will be given a temporary ban and that they have been warned

i would give them their first warning one or two more warnings (depening on what your standerds are) and they get a temporary ban

i would PM you in advance telling you how long i am going to leave for and it is up to you if your replace me or anounce it
