system of a down, is a fu-cking great band, up until they released these two new cds, that suck so bad, i'd rather listen to hanson, or have an icepick hammered into my ear.

they started with their self titled cd , which man cubed, was fu-cking amazing.


then they have two major hits off toxicity. Fu-cking amazing, especially prison song and toxicity.

and then the next one, steal this album. man i loved that sh-it, especially numbers 12-15. i cant remember the names. and chik-n-stu.

but this new bullsh-it, sucks.

anyways, the most involved political band i have ever seen is either international noise conspiracy, or my FAVORITE anti-flag, who at my age had already organized protest, and debated with big-wig politicians.

yeah i perffer the old ones(CD's) but i still listen to the new ones...i happen to like revenga and vilolent por-nography

it is actually funny, because the members of soad say they dont like to be refered to as a political band. they said that not enough of their songs are political. they also said something like, if they are labeled a political, then most people will ignore them for pure political opinions.

and the new stuff isnt bull****, but it definitely isnt their best. most people say that the first cd and the most recent cd sucked, but i like all of them. of course there are other bands that i listen to. they are really good. and even if you dont like them for their lyrics or whatever, then enjoy the extremely technical powers of daron's guitar playing. or the drummers coolness or the bassist cool freakiness. either way. they are amzing to hear and i hope they are amzing to see, because i get to see them in concert today!!!! well have fun not watching soad today.

The only song I know I have listened too is Toxicity and I liked that so I guess I like SOAD. But Jethro Tull is still my favorite band.

which concert are you going to? i went to one and the ppl there are freakin annoying...they wouldn't stop singing the lyrics and wouldn't stop screaming so you couldn't really here them sing.... :Confuzzle what a waste of money...but i guess it was somewhat fun...

there are 2 resons i like soad.

1) TOTALLY ANTI PREP... Greenday has been taken in by them... making them school popular.

2) some songs are good, but they all start to sound the same after awhile... gar.
