Ok im thinkin about gettin a webcam but im not sure i probably will if i can make a movie on it like this [blablablablabla.wmv] or something on quicktime.
Preferrably quicktime because i have it and alot o times wmp {windows media player} doesnt work.
Please tell me if i can make a movie and if i can please tell me if i can do it on quicktime.

You can use various programmes to make quick time but the only programme i think at this specific moment that converts movie's into quicktime is flash, and change your banner size cause i was not going to help you there cause i don't like your size of graphic it makes my eye bleed.. :smokeing1
