I use flash instead of exporting your movie to swf in the options list for extensions choose animated gif.

u can use paint for ur drawings, that is wat i use. and then I downloaded motiongif, just search it on google. Finally, I went to http://www.seriall.com/ (correct spelling) and got a serial number. W/o the serial number, u can only have three slides but it is a pretty good program.

firstly, no. they do not take a long time. and secondly, i would start by buying flash mx 2004 and use frame by frame. It's just progressive. you learn to get good at it.

If you know how to save movies in flash when it asks you to save chose the drop down box that gives you a list of 20 and look for ani gif and save it like that insead of swf.

or you can make gifs, it is different then flash, the program is free. it is called microsoft gif animator. It is different, it isn't all smooth, you makes things like what i made.

i have... i click upload (a reasonable sized video that is well within the limits g-prime allows) i go out and have lunch, i go to work, have dinner, come back and it is still loading....
it would be easier and more time efficient to post using a file host...
