i justed started with rehabisforquitters we are actuall goin out today after school

Doing it by water is awesome. If you fall, you just land in the water. We went out on a vacation and we were up on these cliffs doing it, some of the gaps were about 10 feet across. It's amazing though because if you get going fast enough you can clear them easily.

Yeah, um. That video was kinda cool, but the only thing that, "wowed" me was when you did a front handspring over the trash can. Everything else I can do, and I just started like two days ago.

Hopefully this can expand the idea of parkour that you might have gained through this thread. It doesn't have to be jumping over trash cans.

Parkour isn't that special. It's easy. I mean, everyone can jump over a 1,2m (4ft) railing, huh? Just like in.. say skateboarding. Everyone can stand on the board, amrite?

Then add speed, tricks, flips, deadly heights. Everyone can still do it. And die while trying it without the required years of training.
