All the items on your desktop are what he is talking about. Instead of it being the standard blank window as the icon, you change that with an image. I wish I could help you however I do not know enough flash to do this. I have read about ways to do this in C++ however I do not think that it is the same for flash.

Theres no need if it's not broke don't fix it.
