That would be Cotten eyed Joe, it's a remix so i can't tell you egsactly which artist that one is by.

I found a message board at Adrants.com that had several entries concerning the “song”. basically, it is not a real song, it was a 30 second ’song’ created specifically for the commercial by the ad production company.

so some information about that video, ddautta, the song is played by a band called Witches, and the actual song is called tteot-ta geu-nyeo i suppose, its on their album called Broomstick.
