The clock that follows your mouse around, and the blue-rain effect thing...I'd get rid of those. After that, start linking to different pages for each content. You're off to a good start I think.

First of all, you get rid of the clock, and the rainy, blue, stuff. This is just annoying. Because, you don't make a site just for you, I mean: When you are clickin' into a site, you don't want to get a crazy clock following your mouse, and you are trying febrish to get rid of it until you understand it follows you. And this rain stuff, that's just annoying if you are reading, break your concentration (so does the clock).

And the sadest of all; Freewebs. If you really want to make site, learn (X)HTML and CSS. http://www.htmldog.com/ (htmldog.com) got usefull information. The site it self, the content, is boring. And animated background + music = bad as it gets.
